Our Mission
We will work together:
- to provide a method for community health decision making,
- to identify and prioritize health and safety needs,
- to establish and plan strategies for community health goals
for the improvement of the health and quality of life in families and individuals of Socorro County.
Our Definition of Health
Health does not just mean the physical wellbeing of the individual but refers to the social,
economic, emotional, cultural and spiritual wellbeing of the community. Health is not merely
the absence of disease or infirmity.
